What does it train you for?

The course is divided into two curricula.The curriculum in compliance, business development and crime prevention aims to train experts able to detect and analyze the main risks — internal and external — in public and private companies, whose occurrence could negatively affect the image and reputation of the organization, and hinder the achievement of the economic and financial objectives set.

The Public Policy curriculum serves as a generalist profile focused on the study of public policy across its various legal, economic, and social dimensions.

Within this specific field, the disciplines provide a multidisciplinary foundation that enables graduates to understand the mechanisms of policy formulation and implementation, as well as the functioning of administrations, with the aim of ensuring efficiency and economic, social, and environmental sustainability.

What do you learn?

The curriculum in Compliance, business development and crime prevention will provide the participant with the basic socio-economic, legal and business knowledge as well as methodological skills to conduct risk analysis in order to prepare effective and sustainable measures for improving governance systems, management control and prevention of possible crimes that companies are called to face daily (e.g. , PA offences, corporate crimes, computer crime and data processing, violations of the rules on protection of working conditions and environmental matters, organised crime).

The Public Policy curriculum serves as a generalist profile focused on the study of public policy across its various legal, economic, and social dimensions.

What can you do with it?

The curriculum in Compliance, business development and crime preventionaims to train compliance systems experts through an integrated perspective, able to position themselves in the labor market mainly as:

• Profile 1: Consultant of integrated compliance systems in public and private organizations;
• Profile 2: Responsible or component of organizational units aimed at implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of integrated compliance systems, in public and private organizations.

The Public Policy curriculum aims to train professionals capable of: developing policies and government strategies for change and organizational innovation within public entities; improving the quality of public administration services; acquiring expertise in digitalization, organization, and human resources management; understanding the organizational culture of public sector work environments, while taking public equal opportunity policies into account.
To achieve these objectives, specific courses are provided to ensure the acquisition of specialized skills in key sectors of administration.

These courses offer a critical, comparative, and practical in-depth analysis of issues related to administration in both the public and private spheres.

The knowledge acquired will allow graduates to interpret, plan, and manage the ongoing processes of change within public administrations and service and resource organizations.
